Late HJ knife

I have been offered this late HJ knife. Handle grips and diamonds look very good, as does the scabbard. The blade looks a little ’scratched’, but not overly sharpened. There is some loss of plating on the end of the hilt. Asking price is $295, which I think is fair. Any opinions please??
