Dress bajonet with green felt and brown frog ?

Got this one in my collection. Early Eickhorn, short, with staghandle. The scabbard has obviously been restored. It has got green felt in the slot, which as far as I know is army. But what about the Frog :shok_yikes: Luftwaffe ??
Was luftwaffe the only ones to carry brown frogs ? There are no stamps on the frog.
