Massive Nazi banner cut-out and pole top, help?

Hello, I’m just a young collector and don’t know as much as I would like to about German things, I just try to make sure what I buy is real and not overpriced. Could anybody help with a little info on these two pieces I got recently?

One is a cut out center circle and swastika, but what from?

The other is this Flag Pole top, that has been cut off with a saw. Any ideas on this as well?
