Help ID: Brodie/Doughboy Odd Liner

Havn’t seen this style liner before. It’s in a brodie/doughboy helmet, not sure which, helmet is not in my hands. Civil Defense lid maybe. Split rivit makes it Brit?

Anyone seen one of these?
