Big cartridge

Hi all !

I found this cartridge of a big shell this week.
The bottom says:
On the spot:
"DM 14 1 LOS PRB - 6"
On the circle around it:
"90×602 DM2 LOS FZD - 3"

Does anybody know more about the item?
How old is it? Value? Nationality?
