Opinions on M40 police helmet appreciated

Looking at an M40 police helmet, do not know much about these types so I was looking for help on this one.

I suppose my main concerns are:

Is the paint correct? Are the decals original (I am waiting for closer pictures of them)? Does anything jump out at you as not being correct? And lastly, what it is worth?
