1952 pin bdage info please.

Hi all, I have this badge, which was my fathers, have no idea what it’s from / for.
It’s enamelled, 20×16mm, no markings.

Probably not military at all but can’t find any ref to Warsaw 1952, 20 22 or VII.

My only thought is it’s just a souvenir badge, any ideas?
