The blade is near mint, I don’t know if the photos will do it justice. The washer is present and also in perfect condition. The only marking on the blade is Ges. Geschutzt. The fittings are in great shape without any damage or liftimg, The grip is also in great condition. The scabbard is perfect. I cannot say for sure if it has been repainted, but the screws have not been buggered, so I guessing the paint is period. The leather frog is supple and marked with a B on the reverse.
