Need help! Copper pin

Hello.

New here on this nice forum ,and hope that i put it on right spot.

Found this copper whit chrome pin on the Oder front.The date on it is 1941r,whats seems to be Russian to me. The lenght is 22cm and thickness 1cm. Hope someone recognize the pin and can tell me what is and for what.
