Need help! Fake early Monetny Dvor Red Star Order or duplicate

Hello boys and girls,

Is this a fake early Monetny Dvor or a duplicate? The shape looks old to me, but the screw post base is all wrong if its an early Monetny Dvor.. The serial number is stamped. Can someone help me?
