Question Eisernes Kreuz 1st Klasse – Real or Fake?

Hi,
I would like to get your opinion on this EK1 which I might buy. These are the only pictures I have, but I hope they still can be of some help. The pin is marked with “4”. The overall description is that the cross and case is in a very good condition.

Is it real or fake?
If real, what should a market price be?
