Please help identify this coat.WW2 or Post War Era?

Hello! I have what I believe to be a Post War Era German Tropical Navy Officer’s Blouse. However if it turned out to be a WW2 Coat, then that would be ok I reckon since I found it on the sidewalk. Any help or interest would be appreciated.
