in August 2010 I placed a tracing request on the WaSt website about my grandfather who served in WWII, but until today I haven’t heard anything from Berlin.

Does anybody know how long I have to wait until I get post ? How can I be sure that someone is working on my tracing request ? Is there a way to ask about the status of my request ?
