Question 1939 Spange + Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914… but not for a ribbon
I am looking these up for a friend. He came across these and I can’t find examples of these that don’t look like they were attached to a ribbon. Did they hang from something? He found these and others while remodeling a bathroom.
