Thoughts on this M35 Reissue please

Ok so here are some pics I got in my email yesterday of an M35 Whermacht reissue with a set of police decals. Initally I have said its a dud, well at least the police decals are a dud anyways, others I cant see well enough. Anyways I though I might as well get your opinions before I even talk to the guy about a purchase. What do you think?

BTW these are all the pics I got, doesnt look like it has a liner at all
