Help with messed with Luftschutz

How much of this helmet is original? The shell looks OK to me, however the liner and especially the plastic ‘flower’ between the lid and liner looks later. Obviously the decals are BAD and I assume the paint job was done with a big brush post war. Any redeaming features at all??
