What say you about this eagle?

I have never seen this badge before. What do you think of the Eagle? I am sorry I can’t convert the foto to jpeg. If anybody can, go ahead. What really makes me wonder, is that this is being sold in a small auction with very few Nazi items. All the rest of the items look good. Thanks
