Germen Russian cossack saber

Hi, my friend and i looked at german stuff on the internet last night and he found this sword… It isn’t a real one is it ? i mean it must be a fake?.
My friend means it’s a genuine sword, but i dont believe him, the details on the eagle are so bad, and why the he** wouldt there be such marks on a russian saber ?

I dont have any experience in german swords and WERY little in daggers,
Anyone that couldt help ?
