Need help! Can anyone fill in the blanks on this 8th air force find???

Hi everyone can any of you think of the blanks on this base signe?? It came from my 8th air force base.
Line 1…….. BAS LINE 2……. L—IT or… L–IT LINE3…….. OFFI

So the top line is going to say BASE and the bottom line has got to be OFFICE but whats the middle line??
