TT-33 Tokarev… help with missing part?
A cylindrical part (a screw?) has gone missing from my deactivated Tokarev, please refer to my (bad) pictures to see what I refer to. I have no idea what it’s purpose was, or how it got lost, but it can’t have been of much use- this is my 2nd Tokarev, the same happened to the first, which I sold because of said fault. You might think I’m crazy selling it because of such a small imperfection, but little things like this drive me crazy… I’m a perfectionist with OCD. The first time I lost a part, half of whatever it was seemed to remain in the cavity- though this time it’s gone entirely. Can anyone please enlighten me as to what it is, and if this is common? I’d also like to know if I can get hold of a replacement (which somehow I think is a long shot)? If not, I may end up selling it just to go and buy another.
