A pal of mine found this helmet in an outhouse on his property that an old friend had used as a storeroom. It appears to have three layers of paint. The original may have been brown, there is then a layer of black, and possibly a third layer of white, someone has attempted to scrape the two outer layers off.

There is little left of the liner, but the leather that is there appears to be quite old and was rivited to the shell.

I could find no identifying marks or numbers anywhere on the helmet.

Any help identifying it would be appreciated.
