Question SS-Einheit: 2/ SS “Deutschland”

I was wondering if anyone could provide some information regarding this unit during the period of 1936-1937, mainly regarding what the unit’s area of operation was and what their uniform insignia would have been at the time.

Anything would be greatly appreciated, even just a reference suggestion to further my search.
