RN / RAF shell case

Hi,
I picked this up thought it is different to the norm, It is a cartridge electric engine start, marked 168 GD 87. really nicely ingraved
with a wasp and trident, reading STN, 360 Sqd RN / RAF
May - Aug 89-91. If anyone has info on this i would love to hear
about it. It is not my usual thing as it,s modern but so well done.
