1943 German 20mm HET round set

I Picked this up for a pretty good price the other day. Its a unfired (deactivated) ww2 german 20mm high explosive tracer round as used on the flak 30/38. Its cartridge case is made of lacquered steel. It also came with a cloth charge bag dated October 1943
1148391
The shell case states that it was made in 1943 . Out of the batch it was 493rd made
. The usual waffenamt inspection stamp . The shell its self along with the projectile and fuze were all made at Hugo Schneider A.-G., Werk Leipzig, Germany 1

1148393
There is traces of red paint aournd the projectile and inside of the manufacturer and date stamps . This also shows that it was a tracer round 1148394

Both projectile and fuze were made in 1943

Need help! aircraft identification publication

This has me stumped.
does anyone have a clue as to where and by whom this would have been used?

due to the fact they are not printed on "economy" paper and the aircraft included i would guess printed around 1940/41?

the publsher is BTH (British Thomson-Houston) an large engineering firm who were based not far from me in warwickshire.
during the war i believe they produced aircraft magnetos amongst other things.

I cant find anything like these books online.

Also what is a "50mph relative speed ring"???

any ideas greatly welcome!!!

Please help me identify some Navy Officers

The photo shows the opening of the Naval Monument at Laboe near Kiel on 30 May 1936.

These are the officers I have identified so far:

2 Admiral Ehrhard Schmidt (1863-1946)
3 Admiral Paul Behncke (1866-1937)
5 Vizeadmiral Adolf von Trotha (1868-1940)
6 Vizeadmiral Friedrich Boedicker (1866-1944)
7 Admiral Wilhelm Souchon (1864-1946)
8 Vizeadmiral Ludwig von Reuter (1869-1943)
9 Konteradmiral Magnus von Levetzow (1871-1939)
10 Konteradmiral Max Bastian (1883-1958)
12 Korvettenkapitän Felix Graf von Luckner (1881-1966)

I don’t konow who numbers 1 (Konteradmiral), 4 and 11 (Vizeadmiral) are.
Any help is appreciated.
