Officer’s document case - kanji string

Got this with the Hoko Bukoro. Nice design. The censor stamp is on some Tokyo municipal notepaper! Interesting? The writing is under the flap that closes on the brass studs. Does it say anything interesting (can’t get it to rotate, sorry)?
Cheers,
Tony

Taisho Hoko Bukoro

Got this on Sunday, the first I’ve seen. Was a bit surprised to see that the date on the back appears to be Tasiho 7, 1918? It seems in good condition for that age, if it’s legitimate.
Cheers,
Tony

Early Yugoslavian Helmet

Just to share a Yugoslav M59 from my collection and to show differances in shell profile with the later m59/85 which had a more pronounced upturned rim and went from a US Riddel style liner to to a thicker webbing and shell termination which made for easier replacement also the early chinstrap had only one slider with two sliders on the upgrade ,in my opinion the earlier shell is far more pleasing to the eye 11500051150012115001111500081150006115000711500091150010
