Hello,
This appears on a back of a German passport issued to a Jewish woman, consular issue from Cernauti (Czernowitz)…back page has a notary notice which is unclear:
"se vizează de noi pentru eliberare"…any ideas what this and the stamp could mean?

Did not know where else to post this one;

Had this for a while and have been pondering is it a rare type as I have not seen a black packet from this Australian ammunition maker before I have their Green/Red, Yellow/Red, Purple/White, Red/White (310 Cadet), Pink/White (310 Cadet) packets.
Over the 45+ years of my collecting I have not seen another like this so I am thinking either it missed out on a coloration say being a purple/white or it is as made.
Any thoughts from collectors out there, it is a full packet.

Just received this one in the post today sorry if pics are poor but I’m useless at photography can’t make mark out on ring but ide say it’s probs a silver mark so don’t no who maker is .

Could anyone point me in the right direction with this?
what sort of aircraft would this be from?
