I collect everything I can get from my grandfathers 71. Infanteriedivision (12. sMG Kp./IR 191). I got this Erkennungsmarke recently but I am no expert. May I have your opinion if fake or original? Thanks in advance.

Here are some quick snapshot thumbnails of my dress daggers, swords, bayonets & knives in my collection. Took inventory when the annual dusting and wiping down occurred last weekend. Counted up 48 pieces. Looked at what is still out there to get and realized I likely could not get them all in my life time if I tried. Been a long and fun ride. The Teno Leader, Chained SS, NSKK, Chained NSKK, Hitler Youth Leader, Prison Officials Sword, Etc…Etc…Etc…Still call to me to find them. Guess the thrill of the hunt and dreaming of them someday landing in my collection will have to suffice for now.

I recently found this US Navy Uniform Grouping on eBay. I’m not too familiar with these items, but they caught my eye cool militaria I’m not sure if these are WW2 era or perhaps post war, but any information or opinions on the listing would be very helpful and appreciated!

Hi folks,

Some time ago I became interested in 8th AAF uniforms if named with history. I have no history on this jacket but it’s a pretty uniquely patched jacket in my opinion.

Thought AZphil might like this one since I’ve read that he’s an 8th AAF guy.

Bought this from the vets son,a very nice near mint matching numbers ac45 p38,a not so mint k98 long dress bayonet and a vehicle ID flag,one sided with grommets in near mint cond.This stuff is still out there!I really like the color of the bakelite grips on the pistol.
