Question https://bettercoloncleansingguide.com/max-trim-fx/

Max Trim FX Making these necessary changes takes a lot of self discipline and holding yourself accountable, because no one else will. All too often, however, these are just empty promises. Emotional eaters use food to relieve stress.(By the way bitter chocolate works great against stress) People who turn to food for comfort find a coping mechanism that won’t judge them, hurt them or tell them "no." To complicate the issue, eating pleasurable foods can stimulate the release of endorphins just like exercise.

Japanese Sword knot Opinion

Hello
Is this a ww2 era Japanese sword knot, or just part of one? Does the sword handle look like a WW2 original? (at least what is pictured of it)
Thanks

Erel Visor

Just a question. Did Erel make caps that they did not mark with there company name.

Achtung cap fraud with Standartenoberjunker cap.

I noticed elsewhere these high jinx.

The cap is real and was found by an acquaintance or former acquaintance of mine and the cap was eventually sold by Shea, I think.

These images are part of an on line scam……

Silly people with their greed and terminal dumbness. 11588241158827

Need help! Need to decipher three ribbon bars

The image below was posted a while back in Sept 2017 of Pawel Makarow (1916-1953) a Pole who appears to have been in the British Army as his beret and cap badge suggest.

I am trying to identify the ribbon bars and had some small success on the ‘The Western Allies - Orders, medals and decorations’ forum - http://www.warrelics.eu/forum/orders…0/#post1816627 - where the three ribbon bars were identified as ‘possibly’ 1939-1945 Star, Italy Star, War Medal 1939-1945 but it was difficult to be certain given the blurred white glare.

Question, given the number of wide white bands, is there a Polish ribbon bar (or bars) from any service among the three in the photo? (Possibly Medal Lotniczy, Krzyz Walecznych, etc?)

Appreciation in advance and thanks for your patience.

Chris…..

8th AAF POW grouping

Hello folks,

Here is one of my favorites. From the 384th Phil..

This gentleman wrote a short book following the war but also did several recorded interviews that can be seen on Youtube. The book goes into more detail but the videos are very interesting as well.

The movie "The Great Escape"..he was there.

I do not own some of these items (dog tags) but was able to obtain pictures of them from the internet. I have the uniforms and paperwork.

These videos are very interesting..amazing history really.
