SS officer
Militaria and WW2 history forum and topsites. Sõja ajaloo portaal.
Oddly, in one of the pockets I found a Tank Destroyer SSI and a 3 place ribbon bar with a broken post.
The coat is dated 1942 and marked on the inside with A-7477 and the initials "D.J.A." or possibly "B.J.A." The laundry mark is probably related to his Officer Number but I searched the enlisted database for it and couldn’t find anything that matches up.
I’d really like to find out more about this gentleman’s service! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
