Morning everyone,
here is a Soviet supersonic jet protagonist of the Cold War, it is the model I built in the first 80s using an old assembly box provided by the then Czechoslovakia whose name I do not remember; the components available were not of great quality, but I tried to do my best to improve it, and here is what I managed to achieve.
If I remember correctly it is the MIG 19 "S" version, NATO code "Farmer C", in this example armed with two 30 mm "NR 30" cannons and two ORI-57K rockets pods.
Just a small memory for me, that I wanted to share.:)

Hi everyone. I’m getting together a 2nd type luftwaffe dagger out of parts and got the cross guard and pommel from Johnson’s. These are so mint they’re certainly unissued to a point are they genuine parts? I can’t tell what they’re made from, certainly not aluminium as I work in the metal industry, the’re quite bright almost like chrome. Looking around at images I place the detail as F.W.Hollar, correct me if I’m wrong I’m very new to daggers. Any help to I.D and if they’re genuine would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I went through some of the threads here to look for some good US Militaria dealers but haven’t found many. I know of many good sites that sell German militaria, but I don’t know many good US dealers. If anyone knows some good, trustworthy websites I’d love to check them out! cool militaria

Picked this up at a yard sale a couple of years ago. According to Google it is the first repeating rifle for the german army. It is black powder . I have not been able to find an image of the same rifle so dont know if it was ever equipped with a bayonet. In nice shape and glad to acquire it, been on my wall since.
