“Form” NSDAP Visors & the Wehrmachtschnitt

I was asked about the use of the descriptor "Form" to describe NSDAP visors.
Wim’s gold-standard books do mention this characterization, and he recently sent me the RZM regulations regarding the same, which he has graciously agreed to share with the Forum.

As you can see by the attached, the word "Form" is expressly utilized by the RZM:

Hi all,

I just bought this Desk Eagle on ebay. Does anyone know, if this is fake or real? The seller wrote, that it is a German Eagle WW2 eagle and its origin is from Eastern Europe.

Best regards

Friedrich Buchardt’s awards and service history?

I was reading about Friedrich Buchardt, a notorious Einsatzgruppe commander from Latvia. His Wikipedia page claims that during his service he was awarded the iron cross, infantry assault badge, war merit cross, and silver badge of courage (whatever that is).

Seems rather strange that an einsatzgruppe officer would receive such combat decorations. Is the Wikipedia page correct, did Buchardt truly earn these awards, and how?

Need help! Two pilotkas… what period?

Question Deutsche emailwarenfabrik

Doing some net research and came across a source saying that the famed oskar schindler factory did in fact produce a small number of munitions before wars end. Source also states that the code assigned to that factory was "MTD".. Can anyone confirm this or has heard something similar?
