Need help! Help with M36 NCO SS tunic

Hi,
would like some opinion in this tunic, was found stripped some years ago..
It is tailor made probably for a senior NCO, the french cuffs with a clear sign of the cuff title were added as the colour is different and I think also the collar was added because of the crude stiching. No sign of the brest Heer eagle
Appreciate any help

“Blank core” EK II

Although this latest addition to my small family of Iron Crosses is a post-WWII 1939 EK, it is not a 1957er award: I just found myself a "blank core" EK II as made by Rudolf Souval for Austrian veterans.
