A group of photo’s all related to one man and perhaps his brother? Includes 4 photo post cards, one of which is also duplicated on a larger backed photo for framing, a mid sized group photo including nurses and him stood with two sticks & 4 pics from Egypt including the Sphinx and the pyramids. One of the pc’s is named to the rear with his address, Charles Huntley of Mountain ash ans one of the pics in sun helmets is named Taff Huntley. I did a search on medal index cards and found two Charles Huntley’s in the Welsh Regiment and one was discharged with a silver war badge who served in the middle east and I think it is probably him.

I picked up this Purple Heart a few weeks ago at a big flea market in the area. I’ve never really done extensive research into these medals but I’ve wanted to get one for a while so decided to get it cool militaria Its not named but it does have a number along the edge of the medal, is there any way to use this number to find out who this was awarded to?

Looking to possibly purchase this m42 helmet, but wanting to get some opinions first. The owner says there is no decal on the helmet, so that worries me. But, he said they all did not have decals. Thanks and hope to get some feedback.
