Morning Gents, normally I do not go for the civic type helmets, but on this occasion the price was right for this fine looking air defence helmet that has the bonus of being named. I have not had a chance to study the naming as of yet, but the top line may indicate a Radio man/signaller? That said, could simply be the beginning of his name. The liner and chinstrap are also in top order and the lid is a good large size 60. Leon.

Looking through a collection of Third Reich Buckles spotted this unknown one (at least to me). Made a search of the internet, didn’t find a second one and its not featured in my Koppelschloss handbook 1919 - 1945. My question is it a fantasy piece or not ? if not from which organization is it from! Thanks
