As a collector, I’ve often found myself going to the same site over and over again as they seem to be the only source that sells a variety of Canadian items from WWII. This website is germanmilitaria, and while it is quite good, I am wondering if there are any other sources to buy items from. I’m specifically looking for British and Canadian items, but more specifically for a variety of badges and medals.

Well i was about to put this one in the shopping cart but i had a closer look and just wondered if indeed it was original?. As there is bleeding on the enamel where it actually goes on to the top of some the letters themselves , also the swastika is not level , and the white enamel surround is super white in color , there is also a gap at 12 o clock where the swastika does not touch the red border. And looking at the reverse , i can just make out an RZM logo with a possible number next to it but it is very faint , what is the verdict gentlemen with respect , Thank you. I apologise in advance for the poor pics.

I was given this bayonet along with a couple of armbands from an estate.
The numbers on the bayonet and the scabbard match. Is there any value
here. I’m not looking to sell them but just curious. Rich

Good day folks.

These came my way today. A very complete set that belonged to a Kapr. Bolesław Szajna who served with Pułk 4 Pancerny "Scorpions".

The only inconsistency is the Monte Casino Cross. The medal is numbered 29642 but on the document the number is 29542. Could this be a mistake on the document or is it the wrong cross?

The British medals are in their issue box and the ribbons don’t appear to have been taken out of their packet. Interestingly he served in Africa. The story is that he escaped from a farm in Germany with a friend, got to the UK via France and Spain.

I was given a couple of armbands from an estate of an old family friend. One is a typical RZM and the other is a single rune with a picture of
a young man and a swastika pin together in a case and described as a Hitler youth armband. I know absolutely nothing about these but am
sort of a history buff..I’ve seen belt buckles with the single rune but never an armband. Could someone tell me what I have here? I was also
given a K98 bayonet that I’ll post in the appropriate forum. Thanking you in advance. Rich
