I picked up a little bit of a mystery to me. I originally thought a binocular case but the current info is Phone parts case. I could not find another example when searching. I would also like to ask for help with the markings on the lid.
If it is a phone parts case I assume I will probably not be able to find the parts. I am not even sure what field phone this would go with. All opinions are appreciated.

These used to be rare as hens teeth and bring good money,then some were discovered in a Russian warehouse unissued.I bought these for 50.00 each back then.Some rust on steel rivets from storage but otherwise unissed cond.Kind of like the rbn p38 holsters now available,think they are original,if so have they increased in value to collectors?
