This grateful remembrance is still alive after so many years as shown by the international exhibition "Armoured Wings" presenting the liberation of Flanders by the 1st Armoured Division in September 1944. I was out today picking and came across a nice multi-piece construction NSDAP armband. I am not sure the significance of the level of wearer based on the two woven herringbone pattern stripes. This was from the family of a vet which I obtained as well a buckle and award plaque medallion. Hope you enjoy! Happy collecting.
