Gentlemen I need your help on this button. It was found today during scientific archaeological excavations in a WW2 German transition camp in S. Finland! All help welcome!

If possible, I would like to ask the experts if this medal for impeccable service and the document would be original.

I guess it is not a very valuable or very scarce medal. In fact, its sale price is about 20 dollars. It is a simple reward for continued service and not for a specific act, or for a specific campaign or battle….

Except for my mistake, the major who receives the medal and the document would have participated in the Great Patriotic War; and the medal should be silver, because it would have been awarded in 1962. The truth is that I dont distinguish a silver medal from a non-silver medal.

What do you think about the medal and the document? Do you think they are original and the medal silver? Maybe the major served in WWII?

Hello, need more information about the history of SS and runes.

Need more information about the history of the SS and runes, it is known that there is information in the archives of the Bundeswehr, but how to get it from there is unknown, maybe that is that is in the public domain?

Also some of the best books on this subject have been studied, but they do not cause much confidence.

Where can I get more information?

I am seriously thinking about buying this Flottenkriegsabzeichen. I looks good to me but never sure I prefer to ask for confirmation. Sorry I know pictures could be better but hopefully they are good enough for a statement.
