My interest in the Feldgendarmerie doesn’t give much scope for modelling ( unless you do a Kubelwagen or such like with Fg markings), so I was pleased when this little bust was released a while back. Not much assembly involved, just a case of painting really, but I’m crap at painting figures so don’t try too many of these.
I though the guy who crafted the original molds though did a great job on capturing the look of a Feldgendarmerie soldier.

Now That I’ve got your attention I thought you might like to see this " Recent Barn find " that i was offered via email, the story goes that it was found "upside down" hence preserving the spectacular camo paint, obviously the Rat’s not only ate every scrap of liner but the bands and rivets too! Geez there open to offers and i still can’t afford it…… Oh well maybe next time ……. Yeah Right….
