I have picked this battle dress up recently and would like some help if possible about it, as you can see it has quite a few badges etc , PT instructor Engineer and warrant officer , also grenadier guards and armoured patches.
Would I be right in assuming that this would have been in the market garden operations during the war.
Please excuse my ignorance but I am no expert on uniforms and would appreciate any help or views

I was looking for a non-relic helmet really, then came across this winter camo relic and couldn’t pass it up.

It’s been featured on this forum before as a relic from Denmark, although the seller told me it was from the Bastogne area :rolleyes:
I guess we will never know where it’s from.
Also, it came with a loose liner size 64… the helmet is a size 66…

Oh well, no biggie… the price was good and the shell doesn’t seem to be messed with (to me anyway).
Here are some pics, hope you like it.

I had the brown SSTV cap in the 1970s with a similar badge, but never a black one with this little badge.
