Ehrenkreuz der Deutsche Mutter Zweite Stufe, Small Brooch.

A new addition and variation silver Mother’s Cross added recently. :)
I have two brooch versions already but they are different than this one. As my Oma was awarded a silver Mother’s Cross, I will pretty much buy any silver variant that comes my way.
Thank you again Wim! cool militaria

Green / brown beret date?

Happy New Year!!!

Can someone help me date this beret. It doesn’t have any makers details but has white markings and a leather panel behind the airvents.

Could it be private purchase?

Thanks,

Oli

Question Italian-German Medal for the North African Campaign

got this medal at a local fleamarket along with some ww1 and ww2 buttons, the whole lot only cost 10gbp so nothing lost, have bought from the seller before who is a coin and stamp man and has military bits and pieces from time to time and all (including a monte cassino cross) have turned out to be fine.
the medal is very battered and appears to be made from zinc or something lightwheight, have just tried scanning it for now so only a poor quality pic, for some reason the side with the croc on keeps scanning blurred so will try to get better pics if the sun ever appears in the flooded north here !. it has Lorioli-Milano on the side and below the croc has something like - Marchis its so battered it may be a poor quality casting so any thoughts welcome,
best wishes to all for the new year, John.

M40 Textured Overpaint, Named, w/curious ink stamp.

I found this one locally a few months ago. I have some info on the bring back veteran, but not all that much. As always all input and comments greatly appreciated.

EF 64
Lot # 5077
Heavy textured overpaint
Named to “Stoll”
1940 dated liner band
Shortened chinstrap
Excellent liner

There is a partially readable, typed paper label in the crown – Uffz Jo “n” or “h” and “Ahrweiler”. I’ve enhanced it to show detail (see picture)

There is a curious circular ink stamp on the liner leather that I have not been able to decipher – “Wehrm???????” over the city of Ahrweiler. (see Picture)

Possibly a military district? Any help deciphering would be greatly appreciated.

UN vz 53/80

just to share this UN blue czech vz 53/80 helmet ,i notice the inner rear of the shell is stamped 31 ,batch number maybe? and also i notice its devoid of the czech acceptance crossed swords so another theory could be allthough czech manufacture perhaps slovakian issued ,this theory is slightly flawed as the liner is dated 1986 and i know the dissolution of czechoslovakia took effect in 1993 but you never know ,be great to hear your thoughts on this one 919169919170919171919172919175919177919180
