I bought this arm band some time ago and for the life of me, can’t remember what the seller said it was for. It’s 3 1/2" wide by 17" long. Anyone know what the SDO signifies? Senior Duty Officer? Squadron Duty Officer?

I’ve been getting lucky with barn-found M42s, it’s uncanny…
For $110 (includes shipping from Germany)…I felt I couldn’t go wrong- considering that the chinstrap alone is worth $100…
Appears to be a size 64, lot number 25…
It obviously needs some TLC/Tender Loving Care but I’m sure it’ll display nicely when cleaned up…

Hey guys, I have the opportunity of acquiring a boxed defence medal, which i believe could be leicester home guard.
The dog tag has me a little confused, most is self explanatory, but what does the 22NF mean on the dog tag?
