fusiliers bayonet?

hello i have found this bayonet(for almost fourty $) on a flo markt near polish wroclaw(german breslau) the blade looks similiar to a fusiliers bayonet m60 but the hilt looks inverted or was fixed from a s71 bayonet.the regimental markings were decoded as 7 reserve regiment 2 kommpanie wich was stationed in liegnitz([url=http://wiki-de.genealogy.net/RIR_7)near]RIR 7) near of wroclaw.in furhter searching a have found the informations that fuslilers also stationed in liegnitz(Liegnitz.pl :: portal historyczny miasta Legnicy :: if the hilt from s 71 bayonet was mixed with fusliers blade isn’t it strange that the fusiliers and reserve regiment stationed in the same city?maybe this is an era modification or repair?also the blade looks little shorter and thinner than the standard m60 blade, the pipe looks little curved when in other examples it is straight.the last three photos were attached to comparison.do anyone seen this type of manipulation or repair?some strange fusion of bayonets or maybe not?what do you think about it?the condition is poor but it’s directly proportional to price.
best regards

Reichsnährstand Medal - Cast Fake?

I’ve had a good run but believe that I’ve got a bad one this time.

Although the obverse and reverse of the medal are quite crisp, I don’t like the area around the suspension ring at all, which shows an obvious seam. Also the ring on the medal, which is usually a perfectly formed ring soldered on, in this case looks crude and part of the casting.

If my suspicions are correct, it will serve to remind me that even very obscure, not especially desirable TR medals the being faked.

What do other people think of this medal?

With thanks,

Philip

5th Indian Division 1937 Pattern Indian Made Battle Dress Blouse

A recent purchase: an Indian made BD blouse, Economy (?) 1937 pattern. Indian made BD are not the most common to come across, and badged ones are even rarer. The 5th Indian Division signs are the usual Punjab hand made pattern. Buttons are plastic, rather than bakelite, and there is only one inside pocket. Indian production stamps do not sport any date, but according t the British Army year of production codes, N stands for 1943. There’s a small ink stamp with the soldier’s name, Newell, and his serial number, 2377466: according to the Army Numbers Block Allocation, this would correspond to the Royal Corps of Signals.
