I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I saw a Reichskriegsflagge at a gun show and I don’t know if it is from WWII or not. I did get a few pictures, but they’re not the best. The guy said he didn’t know if it was real or not but he was asking $75. The soonest I can see it again is in a month at the next show assuming he still has it. Please let me know what you guys think and share if you think it is the real deal. Thanks!

Hi all,

I am a TV researcher who works for the series War Junk, for the Canadian History Channel.

I am trying to find Canadian relics from the Second World War which are connected to Operation Veritable and battles fought around the Reichswald and Hochwald.

Our absolute goal is to find an item with a name or service number that we could then trace to a soldier and then that soldier’s family.

If you have an item like this or now someone in Germany (close to Kleve, Uedem, or Goch) who either digs or has a small museum in that area I would very much like to speak with them.

I know its Bulgarian, I have included in the photos another knife almost identical that was for the Bulgarian red cross which as been cut down, This is a mystery to me why they are different

hey there..
found this US m48 trip flare in the forest of hurtgen…I tried to restore it as good as i could to give it back its original look……This one was used against the Wehrmacht 1944/45 as a flare trap.Once activated they had known where the enemy is…Guess they ****ed them up with artillery then….
