I just bought these two WW2 German navy patches today but I’m second guessing my decision. I noticed there are a lot of variations with the coastal artillery patch, so I’m wondering if these are genuine.

It is in very good condition, but I have a little hesitation about it.
the decor is in very good condition and the chin strap is even better.
I think the chin strap is later and maybe even the interior?

Wondering what exactly it is that I have here… listed as a "political flag pole base" and also carrying rzm and "fahnenfabrik" markings it’s obiovusly for a flag pole but at this point it’s unclear to me exactly what kind and possibly for what organization. Is it simply an end piece for the pole or a base for a pole top? Any help and additional info greatly appreciated!
