Genuine war issue or post war??? I’m guessing since is so minty and fresh it’s new as new but do you all agree?

Long time lurker, first time poster. I spend most of my time on the U.S. Militaria forum, but have been slowly branching out my collection to include WWI items from all nations. This forum has been a great wealth of information for a newbie like me, so thank you all. Best, Rozzi.

The police helmet I posted under steel helmets was alarming to me - and I don’t know anything about cloth so here I am asking if this screams post war to the educated forum users here?

Hello Everyone,

I picked this up from a local estate for $7 today. I figured at that price I couldn’t go wrong even with the rust. I am however at a loss for what I’ve bought (artillery, tank shell, etc.). I’ve attached some photographs in the hopes that someone may lend me their wisdom.
