Hi folks ,Picked up a number of TR badges and medals last weekend in a deal , some are obvious fakes some not so obvious ( to me at any rate) some I believe to be original (both metal and cloth). I’ll post some of them as time allows over the next few weeks to see what our esteemed membership make of them. 1st up is this Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen which is hollow back & made from Zinc , it still retains some silver wash & I think that the round wire retaining hook has been crudely resoldered in the past. I believe this badge to be original but looking around the forum/net I can’t seem to find one with the same Eagles head maybe I am way out on this and its just a very good fake , thanks for looking cool militaria,Regards ,Paul:D

Hi all, i have recently stumbled upon an item which appears to be a sword stick, with a crest upon the metal handle which has ‘Officers Training Corps’ and ‘Trent College’ pressed into it (see items below). The stick itself appears to be made out of bamboo with a small copper end to it. I have done and am still doing some research into the history of this item and would apprciate any imput that users here may have. Thank you in advance.

Hello Friends!
I am not a great RAD collector, but I have this helmet!
This helmet is a "ReichsArbeitsDienst Stahlhelm", the RAD insignia is made by "Methner und Bürger".
We see exactly the same insignia in the book "The-Helmet-Decals-of-the-Third-Reich" by Ken-Niewiarowicz page 253.
The helmet is not complet but I really love it!
For me this helmet is more rare than a WSS helmet…

Hello to all,

I have just purchased what looks to me like a good condition armband. It should display well I think.

It also has the RZM tag with the correct ‘B’ for the cloth version I believe.

Apologies for asking a basic question, but I’m unsure of how to attach the dagger to a waffnrock. I can see the internal belt inside the tunic, but cant figure out how this attaches to the hanger of the dagger. Any illustrations or instruction welcome.
