Need help! Early Programm of the NSDAP

Hello.

I’m thinking of purchasing this programm der NSDAP. It’s an early one, which for me is the attraction.
Although the date is the same date as the date which the NSDAP was founded on which confuses me. Is this a fake? Am I just not getting what is meant with the date?

If any on you could give some insight on this I would be very grateful! cool militaria

I have been offered an EK1. HELP!!

Hello all, i am new to these forums. I have been on the look out for an EK1 for sometime now and i believe i have found a good candidate for my collection. I got into contact with an ebay seller who had his postings removed and i contacted him right after to see if he had any more items for sale. He had this ek 1 and based on the pictures i am at a 50/50 chance of a good one.
Based of the pictures i am unsure because it is un marked and the latch is a different color to the frame. He informed me the medal was indeed magnetic and has had it for 40+ years. He believes its a 3 piece construction and i believe it is based on the photo i have of the latch hook. There is a seam i believe i can see to the right of the picture right where the 2 frames would meet but i would feel better receiving opinions from more experienced collectors.
Any opinions would be much appreciated, thank you guys!
