Jay’s Collection!

Hey guys welcome! I have posted some of my collection in different areas and a few people have been asking me to post them. cool militaria
How did you acquire your military gear? I have been collecting since I can remember, around 7yo I think. I think I have been very luck with my pick ups, never spending more then $50 dollars on one item. I spent my Saturdays looking through the dump yards, trash and treasure markets and garage sales finding the occasional helmet. My collecting has been really quite the past 15 years not picking up many items. I thought it was time to dig to the depths of my back shed to show you guys my collection. Please let me if i have made a mistake, or you have something to add. stay tuned
cheers J

Brit Mk3 /4 / 5 Covers

Were there any FORMAL (stamped, stenciled, badged, labelled??) cloth covers for the British "Turtle" helmet range?

I’ve seen loads of Hessian’d-up versions, converted hoods and even a few well made one-offs…but I’m trying to establish if these were ever issued on a large scale and if so are there any out there
