Schnellbootsabzeichen (2nd form)

Morning gents, I am considering a "Christmas purchase" in this nice Schwerin made award. It all looks good to me personally but as ever, your opinions are valued. Thanks for looking. Leon.

Strange Brodie/Tommy helmet Need Help

Any ideas as to what kind of Brodie/Tommy helmet this is? Rivet placement and liner are completely different from anything I’ve seen. Seems to lack the manganese rim around the helmet, could be a Mk. I shell but seller claims that there are no visible stamps. Some groups on facebook have said it might be a Dutch M16 variant, Greek produced, or a British Mk. II Civil Defence helmet, but I cannot find anything on the interwebs that supports either point.

Any ideas as to what this is and where it is from?

Meji 19 Artillery Sword

Hello all,I thought I would post a few photos of the piece I just added to my collection.I have been looking for one for some time now but I couldn’t find one in the condition that suited me until now.Although the frog is not the standard black Meji style with the buckle strap,It is possible that the frog that came with it is a field expedient. This piece is the wood handled variant and is marked Meji 19 (1886) From what I understand most were make by the Tokyo arsenal. The reverse of the blade has no wide fuller and a flat surface with what I assume is an inspection mark. The scabbard is leather sewn together very similar to the Imperial German bayonet scabbards, with steel blade runners and black painted steel scabbard and hilt fittings.

Need help! German Heer Officers dagger - Damascus blade

Hello everyone. I would like your thoughts and opinions on this German army officers dagger with damascus blade. It appears to have the “rosebud” style Damast engraved blade and has been engraved bearing the unit, “Jager Regiment 99″.

Thank you

reichspost visor cap robert lubstein

won this one on ebay, will arrive next week :) unfortunatly the ink stamp with production date is not clearly visible anymore but I believe this is a pre-war piece? Good quality leather sweatband (no oilcloth this time). The ‘lubstein’ logo is printed directly on the sweatshield… first time I see this with a lubstein cap… but normal I guess? Can’t wait till next week.

thanks for looking

for sale Heer Helmet From Demjansk

by: Eike41

Description: This helmet was found in Russia. A friend of mine who has now passed away sold it to me. It was found near Demjansk in the positions of the 123 Infantry division. this is the area where that division would have been surrounded. The helmet has some issues, there are a few places where the rim has corroded and the bill has a crack. The stamping is obscured by paint. It was discussed in the forum here http://www.warrelics.eu/forum/steel-helmets/heer-helmet-review-662355/
